Donald W. Clarke received a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from Loyola College, Sellinger School of Business and Management in 2000 and a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2008, cum laude.
Before joining Wasserman, Jurista & Stolz, Don was a member of the University of Miami Business Law Review where he served as Comments Editor. Don also participated in the bankruptcy clinic course offered by the University of Miami. Through the clinic, Don was responsible for the chapter filings for pro se debtors through the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Florida's "Put Something Back Program" which provides free legal services to the needy population of Miami-Dade County.
Don held a summer associate position at an elite South Florida firm that specializes in the representation of businesses, institutions and individuals in appeals, bankruptcy and workouts, receiverships, creditors rights, mediation-arbitration services, and commercial litigation.
Don is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
