Scott S. Rever

Scott S. Rever received a B.S. in Accounting and a B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University in 1991. Mr. Rever received his Juris Doctrine degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1994.

During law school, Mr. Rever served as a Law Clerk to the firm. Upon his graduation from Seton Hall University School of Law, Mr. Rever accepted a position with the Honorable David J. Issenman, Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson County. Following his judicial clerkship, Mr. Rever returned to the firm as an associate.

Mr. Rever currently serves as an Adjunct Law Professor at Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark. Mr. Rever teaches legal research and legal writing.

Mr. Rever is admitted to practice in the States of New Jersey and Pennsylvania and in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Rever is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Essex County Bar Association and has been an active participant in the Bankruptcy Inn of Court.

Mr. Rever has represented Debtors, Trustees, Creditors’ Committees and creditors in Chapter 7, 11 and Chapter 13 cases. Mr. Rever has prepared numerous Bankruptcy Petitions, has filed complex adversary complaints and has initiated numerous motions before the Bankruptcy Court and State Courts.
